I’ve never practiced yoga before, what class is right for me?

Our Basics class and Yin class is the place to be! If you have never set foot in a yoga studio, we suggest starting at square one. Basics will teach you the foundations of yoga and Yin Yoga is very slow.



CAN I DROP IN TO CLASS?

YES, but you still need to register & pay online in advance. Drop in to one class for $22 through the website with pre registration. $5 cash classes are the only class you can just “show up” for without advance registration.

DO PACKAGES/GIFT CARDS EXPIRE?

YES PACKAGES AND GIFT CARDS EXPIRE & CANNOT BE EXTENDED. THEY CANNOT BE EXTENDED. NO REFUNDS NO NEGOTIATIONS.

CANCELLATION POLICY?

CANCELLATIONS MADE 1 HOUR PRIOR TO CLASS START WILL RECEIVE CREDIT. NO REFUNDS. NO NEGOTIATIONS.

What do I need to bring with me to class?

A mat, water, and a small towel. We use infrared heat for all our hot yoga and vinyasa classes, so expect to sweat.

What do I wear?

We suggest anything that is easy to move in and comfortable. Many students favor athletic wear.

How do I prepare for my first class?

  1. Browse class descriptions and decide which class you would like to take.

  2. Look at our schedule and find a time to sign up.

We suggest coming to class about 10 minutes early, take off your shoes (class is done barefoot) and set up your mat. We always suggest finishing a meal 2 hours prior to class but this is only a suggestion. We also recommend not wearing strong fragrances to class. That’s it! Turn your phone off, phones must be left in the cubbies, and you’re ready to go! We lock the doors to the studio 10 minutes into class, all your personal belongings are safe. We use infrared heat for all our power vinyasa and vinyasa classes, so expect to sweat.

How hot is heated?

All Power Vinyasa/ Vinyasa and Slow Burn classes heated with our state of the art infrared heating system. Vinyasa classes are approx 76 - 78F, Slow Burn about 80F and Power Vinyasa is heated between 90F to 95F. When a person’s core body temperature reaches 104 degrees, it can lead to heat-related problems and fatigue. Safety is our main priority.

Is there parking?

Yes, right out front and along side the building. The address is 1931 Horton Rd. Unit 6 Jackson, Mi 49203.

Can I schedule private sessions?

Absolutely, yes. You can schedule a private session with Kate . Privates are $100/hour and small group privates are $200/hour plus depending on the group.
