A monthly gathering to grow as teachers, build confidence, and support each other. Each session touches on the foundations of teaching: sequencing, cueing, theming, props/assists, philosophy, and presence.

Must be 200 hour certified or currently enrolled in a 200 hour training. Eligible for 8 CE hours of registered with Yoga Alliance.

Please know this lab reflects Heart Flo Yoga’s alignment-focused, traditional approach to sequencing, cueing, and philosophy. We ask that everyone come with an open mind and shared respect.

Lab schedule: December 7, January 11, February 8, March 8, and April 12. All classes meet 12-1:30 PM with the exception of April which will be 12-2PM

Attend as many as you chose. For the 8 CE you must attent all 5. $30 per lab or bundle all 5 for $100.
