    Hot Yoga Class, All levels

    Vinyasa, meaning “to flow” in Sanskrit, is a dynamic practice rooted in the traditions of Ashtanga yoga. Hot Power Vinyasa combines breath with sun salutations and a sequence of standing and seated postures. Poses are held for multiple breaths, with a focus on deepening alignment, technique, strength and stability. You may begin to explore inversions and arm balances. Heated 90+ with therapeutic infrared heat. All levels..

    Not too fast, not too slow, it’s the perfect blend. Rooted in Ashtanga yoga and Iyengar Yoga, Blend Vinyasa combines breath with Sun Salutations and a sequence of postures to create flexibility, balance, and clarity for mind, body, and soul. Class is heated with therapeutic infrared heat 75F. All levels.

  • Slowburn/Slow Flow

    Slowing down is so important. Rooted in Ashtanga. Slowburn aka Slow Flow, combines breath with Sun Salutations and a sequence of postures to create flexibility, balance, and clarity for mind, body, and soul. Slowburn is slow but challenging. Class is heated with therapeutic infrared heat 80F. All levels.

  • Basics/ Beginners

    Beginners Yoga Class

    This class will teach the fundamentals of the yoga practice including breath, body, and mind. This class is slow in pace and slow with instructions. You will learn basic physical alignment, breath work, and begin to quiet the mind. Level: Beginners, all levels. No heat.

  • Yin

    Yin is slow, grounding, and accessible for everyone. Yin yoga is a quiet, meditative practice with long, deep holding of passive poses. Using mindful muscle relaxation, yin postures target the connective tissue nourishing joints, ligaments, and fascia promoting the healthy flow of chi (energy). Candlelight Yin in done in a dim room and ambient candlelight. Recommended beginners and for all levels. Level: beginners, all levels. No heat.

  • Meditation

    In this class we practice guided breath to help balance the mind and body and turn us inward for deep guided meditation. We pair breath with guided meditation to sit in stillness. Recommended for all levels and anyone who would like to take a break for stillness. Level: all levels, beginners.
