Poses are held for several breaths, inviting deeper alignment and technique. Heated to 75°F+ with therapeutic infrared warmth, this class offers a nurturing balance of challenge and release, and is open to all levels.

Drawing inspiration from the traditions of Ashtanga and Iyengar yoga, this class weaves breath with sun salutations and thoughtfully sequenced postures to cultivate flexibility, balance, and mental clarity. Heated to 75°F with soothing infrared warmth, this practice is designed to harmonize mind, body, and soul, and is suitable for all levels.

  • Live Stream classes are virtual classes via Zoom. These classes are live streamed in real time alongside the in studio class. Sign up one hour prior to class is required.
