Class Descriptions

Heart Flo class offerings are designed to meet you wherever you are in your yoga journey.

  • Hot Power Vinyasa Hot Power Vinyasa is a strong, faster-paced yoga class.

    You’ll move continuously with your breath through challenging sequences in a heated room (around 90°F+). Expect to build strength, flexibility, and focus.

  • Vinyasa Flow Vinyasa is a dynamic flow practice rooted in the traditions of Ashtanga yoga. Heated to 75°F+ with therapeutic infrared warmth. The pace is steady and challenging.

  • Blend Vinyasa Blend Vinyasa is a moving, breath-based yoga practice. Expect a steady, challenging flow in a gently heated room (around 75°F with infrared heat). Blend adds some space for slower instruction.

  • Live Stream classes are virtual classes via Zoom. These classes are live streamed in real time alongside the in studio class. Sign up one hour prior to class is required.

  • Gentle Flow is a slower paced flow style class.

    You’ll move mindfully through simple sequences with time to focus on alignment and breath.

  • Yoga Basics iis a welcoming class designed to introduce the basics of movement, breath, meditation, and alignment. It builds a strong foundation while creating confidence, strength, and ease.

  • Yin is a slow practice for all levels.
    You’ll hold simple poses for a few minutes at a time, helping your body relax, release tension, and improve flexibility.

  • VinYin aka Align and Unwind starts with a gentle flow to get your energy moving, then slow down into longer, relaxing poses.

    Designed to release tension and help you fully unwind.
