Join other Mindful Mothers like you for an evening of self care through movement and meditation. This mini workshop is curated to meet the needs of Moms, which can sometimes come last on the long list of Motherhood To-Dos.

Relax and Realign with who you are as Mother and beyond. There will be plenty of time to mingle and meet so bring your mat and an open heart-mind. All Levels, All Ages.
