Kids Yoga with Jamee and the Healing Heros Warriors teaches traditional yoga focusing on the 8 limbs of yoga, in a fun and easy to understand way.
Kiddos will learn:
Imaginative stories through the yoga flows
Learn the sun salutations
Work on advanced yoga postures such as headstands, arm balances, and bridges
Engage in games that teach “yoke”(unity). Learn ancient yoga principles through songs, featuring live songs and music. Learn Indian Sanskrit with each posture. Focus on basic breath work and relaxation skills within the class.
