Learn how to:
Develop a strong and sustainable chaturanga
Observe and explore the use of correct musculature of the asana
Explore the bandhas
Build strength in the shoulder girdle and core in order to avoid shoulder strains from the repetitive movement.
Some experience of Ashtanga Vinyasa or Vinyasa Yoga is advised. $38.
