The Winter Wellness Virtual Series includes seven 45 minute unique sessions. Options are available as pre-recorded sessions to keep forever! Each session will include guided movement, breath work, meditation, and reading from The Yoga Sutras, one of the foundational texts of classical yoga philosophy. The Winter Wellness Virtual Series is for all levels from basic to intermediate.
